OSSC Stenographer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility, Qualification
- Junior Stenographer – EIC, Water Resources Department
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have successfully cleared the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination or possess any other equivalent qualification. Additionally, they must have completed ITI training in Stenography and hold a valid certificate in Basic Computer Skills.
Age Requirement:
Applicants must be aged between 21 and 32 years as on the specified date in the official notification.
- Junior Stenographer – Advocate General Office
Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a government-recognized university or institution is mandatory. Candidates must also have proficiency in shorthand with a minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute in both English and Odia. Adequate knowledge of Computer Applications is also required.
Age Requirement:
Minimum age: 21 years

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the +2 examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce stream conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha or an equivalent examination.
